Covid-19 Vaccine Verification: As previously announced, Trinity will require all students, faculty, and staff to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to being on campus.

Students:  please upload your COVID vaccine cards through the Trinity Student Health Portal.   Alternatively, you can provide a copy in person to the Health and Wellness Center (Main 461).

  • The student portal can be accessed at TrinityDC.studenthealthportal.com. Use your Trinity username and password to login to the secure site.
  • If you have a documented medical or religious reason to be exempted from the vaccine requirement, please complete the COVID Vaccine Exemption Request form.  Students with approved exemptions must present weekly COVID test results to the Health Center.
  • If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to the Health and Wellness Center via phone at 202-884-9615 or email healthcenter@trinitydc.edu

Faculty and Staff – please provide your verification directly to Tracey Prince Ross in Human Resources.

Covid-19 Vaccine Resources:  All persons 12 and older are now eligible for free vaccines.  See the links below for information on how to get your 1st or 2nd Dose: Washington, D.C. ; Maryland; Virginia; CDC Vaccine Finder – All States. Resources for Students
A key component of the work in Student Affairs is to provide students with information and referrals to campus, crisis and community resources.  Student Affairs is able to offer many resources to students of concern including medical and mental health services; access to the Student Affairs food pantry (short term) and long term referrals; spiritual development; one time – emergency financial assistance; short term transportation assistance; conflict resolution and other behavioral interventions.
