Welcome to Facilities Services

The mission of the Facility Services Department is to maintain a campus environment that is conductive to teaching, learning, and research. Facility Services is responsible for support of all University properties including repair planning, minor renovation and construction, maintenance, grounds and housekeeping. We have staff on duty seven days a week from 7:00am until 8:00pm. Submit your Facilities work request online:

Online Work Request System


General Work Requests

Please use our online work request system for maintenance, minor requests, and other routine tasks. Within the work request, please provide as much information as possible.

The online work request system will send an email notification indicating whether the work request has been accepted or denied. If the work request has been denied, the email will state the reason for denial. In addition, any changes to the work request, notification will be provided to the email address given. When the work request has been completed, an email notification will be sent indicating a completion status.

Room Set-up Forms

Submit a Room Set-up Form, available from Conference Services, for events on campus no later than 2 weeks before the event. Submit completed room set-up forms to the Conference Services Office, Main Hall Room 111, or email the form to Conferences@trinitydc.edu.

Special Project Requests

Special projects (such as electrical upgrades, painting, plumbing and carpentry projects), furniture requests and office moves require careful planning and must be submitted 14 to 45 days in advance, depending on the project. These projects also require prior approvals and budget approvals from managers before they can be scheduled. These requests should be sent via our online work request system.

Emergency Response Time

An emergency request is required to provide or restore utilities and/or security to facilities, to eliminate hazards to life, property, or health (safety). Call Department of Public Safety at 202-884-9111
