President McGuire is responsible for the overall administration of Trinity, and is more than happy to help you with just about anything.  However, she also will encourage you to try to work things out with the faculty and staff who really know what’s going on:


Dr. Carlota Ocampo, Provost

Dr. Ocampo is the chief academic administrator at Trinity, and has oversight of all academic programs, Trinity’s five schools, Office of Academic Affairs, the Library and Academic Services Center.

Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences


Dean Ramamurti oversees programs for the university’s historic women’s college. She also leads the team of advisors and educational specialists who support the first year experience.

Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Professions

Dr. Noonan oversees all programs in nursing, occupational therapy, counseling, health services and public health.

Thomas Mostowy, Esq. oversees all programs within the Trinity Washington University School of Professional and Graduate Studies, including all of our coeducational evening and weekend professional undergraduate programs, all graduate business programs, and all graduate administration programs.

Mr. Gonzalez has oversight of the financial affairs of Trinity, including the Business Office operations, budget process, financial statements and investments. Trinity’s Business Office operations include accounts payable, accounts receivable, student accounts, purchase orders and departmental budgets. Students can go online via the Self Service portal to view their statements, pay their student accounts and sign up for direct deposit if they are eligible for a refund. Mr. Gonzalez also has oversight of Technology Services and Public Safety.

Enrollment Services

Ms. Geier oversees the Enrollment Services Office which includes registration, student records, transcripts, billing and financial aid at Trinity.

Financial Aid

Director of Financial Aid

Ms. Molina processes federal, state and institutional financial aid programs. She provides counseling services to students and their families in all aspects of financial aid awarded at Trinity and is a student loan debt counselor. Students can go online via Self Service to view their accounts, review their financial aid packages, pay their student accounts and sign up for direct deposit if they are eligible for a refund.

Public Safety

Office Glascoe oversees the management and training of the security guards who are on duty 24/7 and the operation of Trinity’s Metro Shuttle. For emergencies and for every-day public safety issues (lock-outs, campus safety escorts, the Trinity Metro Shuttle) you can always contact Public Safety 24/7, 365 days a year: 202-884-9111, security@trinitydc.edu. Public Safety Dispatch is located in the basement of Main Hall.

Facilities Services

Mr. Shaffer is responsible for the maintenance, repairs and improvements to the Trinity buildings and grounds, including housekeeping, room set-ups, painting, plumbing, heating and electricity.

Ms. Coram is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the university including securing space rentals for business meetings, special events and conferences.  Once identified, Ms. Coram will work with the client to develop, define, negotiate, and finalize the business relationship.

Ms. Ross manages all of Trinity’s human resources, including hiring, orientation, training, performance assessments, payroll and benefits. She also oversees the Trinity Post Office/Mail Room.

Mr. Burback is responsible for keeping all of Trinity’s technology running smoothly, including the technology hub and servers, email, classroom technology, Wi-Fi, computers for faculty and staff, computers in the Library for students, Internet TV, PowerCampus and Self Service and Trinity’s laptop and software purchase programs. Submit IT services requests through this form.
