Academics

Dr. Ocampo is the chief academic administrator at Trinity, and has oversight of all academic programs, Trinity’s five schools, Office of Academic Affairs, the Library and Academic Services Center.

Dean Ramamurti oversees programs for the university’s historic women’s college. She also leads the team of advisors and educational specialists who support the first year experience.

 

 

Dr. Mary Romanello, Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Professions

Dean Romanello oversees all programs in nursing, occupational therapy and other health professions.

 

 

Dr. Peggy Lewis ’77, Executive Dean of the School of Business and Graduate Studies and the School of Professional Studies

Dr. Lewis oversees all undergraduate and graduate programs in these two schools, including strategic communications and journalism, MBA, master’s in administration, business, accounting and criminal justice. She also oversees Trinity at THEARC – Trinity is the only university to offer college degrees East of the River.

Dr. Strange-Martin oversees all graduate programs in teacher preparation, school leadership, counseling, continuing education for teachers and principals and related programs.

 


Student Affairs

Dr. Gerlach has oversight of a range of services and staff to support Trinity’s students, including Athletics, Campus Housing Office, Campus Ministry Office, Dean of Student Services / Student Activities and the Health and Wellness Center at Trinity.

Sr. Ann Howard leads the Campus Ministry program at Trinity, including mass and other prayer services, community service, Sower’s Seed lecture, Cunneen Summer Fellowships and Trinity’s Alternative Spring Break community service trip.

 


Admissions/Enrollment Development

Ms. Escarraman is a graduate of Trinity and is responsible for leading the enrollment recruitment team in the Admissions Office for all five colleges at Trinity.

Business Office

Walter T. Brooks, Vice President for Financial Affairs, CFO

Mr. Brooks has oversight of the financial affairs of Trinity, including the Business Office operations, budget process, financial statements and investments. Trinity’s Business Office operations include accounts payable, accounts receivable, student accounts, purchase orders and departmental budgets. Students can go online via the Self Service portal to view their statements, pay their student accounts and sign up for direct deposit if they are eligible for a refund. Mr. Brooks also has oversight of Technology Services and Public Safety.


Enrollment Services

Ms. Geier oversees the Enrollment Services Office which includes registration, student records, transcripts, billing and financial aid at Trinity.

 


Financial Aid

Ms. Martha Molina, Director of Financial Aid

Ms. Molina processes federal, state and institutional financial aid programs. She provides counseling services to students and their families in all aspects of financial aid awarded at Trinity and is a student loan debt counselor. Students can go online via Self Service to view their accounts, review their financial aid packages, pay their student accounts and sign up for direct deposit if they are eligible for a refund.


Public Safety

Mr. Baker has oversight of Trinity’s Public Safety department, including the management and training of the security guards who are on duty 24/7 , and the operation of Trinity’s Metro Shuttle. For emergencies and for every-day public safety issues (lock-outs, campus safety escorts, the Trinity Metro Shuttle) you can always contact Public Safety 24/7, 365 days a year: 202-884-9111, security@trinitydc.edu. Public Safety Dispatch is located in the basement of Main Hall.

Facilities Services

Mr. Shaffer is responsible for the maintenance, repairs and improvements to the Trinity buildings and grounds, including housekeeping, room set-ups, painting, plumbing, heating and electricity.


Conference Services

Ms. Coram is responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the university including securing space rentals for business meetings, special events and conferences.  Once identified, Ms. Coram will work with the client to develop, define, negotiate, and finalize the business relationship.

Ms. Salvador manages space rentals for conferences, special events and campus housing for visitors. She also handles room reservations for Trinity events and is the point of contact for Trinity staff and faculty and student clubs.


Food Service

Human Resources

Ms. Ross manages all of Trinity’s human resources, including hiring, orientation, training, performance assessments, payroll and benefits. She also oversees the Trinity Post Office/Mail Room.

Technology Services
