Living on campus puts you right in the middle of Trinity’s activities, events and resources! Living on-campus offers students the best possible environment to maximize their collegiate experience and to grow personally, socially, and academically. In addition to the proximity to your classes, and classmates; living on campus is also an affordable and cost-effective choice!
During the emergency situation with Coronavirus, we may not always be able to help you in-person, however, the Campus Housing and Student Affairs team can still help you virtually! If you have an urgent question or issue, please e-mail Campus Housing and someone will assist you as soon as possible.
Spring 2021 Updates
Campus Housing will begin Spring 2021 New resident Housing placement in November 2020. You will receive your housing assignment letter via Trinity email, once Campus Housing has received your financial clearance from Enrollment Services. Housing placements will be completed on a rolling basis. Residence halls will be open for Spring 2021, with one student per room (at the basic room rate, no surcharge for singles) and move-in will be by appointment only from January 9 – January 23, 2020. Your placement email will provide you detailed information regarding move in.

For prospective New Residents, the Campus Housing Application can be completed now for Spring 2021 and Fall 2021 housing. Room Assignment letters for new Spring 2021 residents will be sent starting November 16 (on a rolling basis), and Fall 2021 residents will be sent on or about July 15, 2021. Room assignment letters will be held for any students who have not completed all necessary Financial Aid or Registration documents with Enrollment Services. Please check in with Enrollment Services at 202-884-9530 to ensure your clearance for placement. Please refer to the Move In guide for additional information. We look forward to having you in residence!
If you live on campus this Fall 2020, you will compelte the Spring 2021 Housing Intent form beginning in December. You will indicate if you plan to return to residence. If you are planning to return to residence, you may leave belongings in your room over the Winter Break. If you have an urgent need to request an exemption to stay in residence over the break, please email Dr. Karen Gerlach, VP for Student Affairs to inquire about eligibility and availability.
For Fall 2021, if you are a current Spring 2021 resident, please complete the Returning Room Selection form to indicate your Housing preference for 2021-2022 beginning in March 2021.
