Extended Stay Students in Residence Housing Eligibility
In order to be eligible for extended housing, residents must be in good academic and disciplinary standing with Trinity and be a recent or soon to be Alumnae of Trinity Washington University, who is a current on campus resident with Campus Housing in order to be considered for Extended Stay housing. Space is limited, and subject to availability.
Housing Information
All Extended Stay Students in Residence will be placed in Kerby Hall C wing rooms, and placement is subject to availability.
- The charge is $500 per month, up to a 3 month rental.
- You must make all payments according to the payment schedule.
- You must acknowledge and agree to Housing Policies
- For Fall 2025 residents, residents must move out of the residence hall at December closing and arrange for move in during January. There are no residents on campus between December 14th and January 2nd. Extended resident rentals will end on or before May 31, 2025.
- Meal plans are not offered to Extended Stay Students in Residence
- You must sign the Housing Policies Form Extended Stay Students in Residence with Conference Services. The agreement must be reviewed, completed and submitted to Conference Services prior to move in.
- Extended stay rentals are limited to a 3 month stay. Any extension to the rental agreement are determined by Conference Services and are subject to availability and adherence to all provisions in the agreement, including adhering to the payment schedule.
Extended Stay Students in Residence Housing Application
Thank you for your interest in post-graduation, Extended Stay Housing on campus, however, as of February 14, 2025, we are not accepting new applicants.
The Extended Housing program will be on hold for the 2025-2026 academic year due to the upcoming renovations in Alumnae Hall. Due to this project, and other on campus housing needs, there are no anticipated available rooms in Kerby C wing after May 10, 2025, which is where the extended stay residents are housed.
Spring 2025 residents who are graduating will need to make alternative plans for post-graduation housing. The residence halls close on Saturday May 10th at noon.
