Chromebook Distribution Program

Update: February 27, 2023: We have reached capacity on this program for Spring 2023, and do not currently have any devices available to distribute.  We will provide an update at such time if we are able to reopen the application.  Please review other resources that might be useful to you:

Background: Trinity established the Trinity Chromebook Distribution Program to facilitate distribution of Chromebooks to students who are in need of access to technology.

Students must be enrolled for the current semester to be eligible to apply. We have a limited supply of Chromebooks available for distribution, therefore first priority will be given to full time undergraduate students who have no other access to technology.

This is a special program that is separate from Trinity’s regular Student Emergency Assistance Program. Students may apply for a Chromebook even if they received other emergency grants previously. Trinity may take into consideration the amount of previous grants in determining if a Chromebook will be granted.

The Chromebook request is limited to one per student. Students must attest to the need for the Chromebook for the purposes of completing coursework with Trinity, and acknowledge the distribution method and sign as indicated.  Please note that once the Chromebook is issued to the student the upkeep, replacement, maintenance becomes the responsibility of the student.
