Fall 2026: New Resident Move In!

New First Year move-in will be Saturday, August 15, 2026.
Please note that CAS New Student Orientation is Monday August 17 – 21, 2026
Check-in for new residents will be from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm in Cuvilly Hall lobby. New residents will receive housing placements beginning in Mid-July 2026, and throughout the Summer as they finalize their financial aid arrangements and register for Fall 2026 courses.
Please review these important steps to move forward with on campus include:
- Complete and Submit a Housing Application at: https://discover.trinitydc.edu/campus-housing/housing-application/
- Complete your course registration as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credits). Pending charges for Room and Board will be added to your account once you are registered for the semester.
- Complete your FAFSA and finalize your financial aid and / or payment arrangements with Enrollment Services to gain your financial clearance for placement.
Once we receive notification from Enrollment Services of your clearance, we will finalize your housing placement and send you an email, to your Trinity email, with your housing assignment and meal plan. New resident placements are sent starting Mid-July. Once a placement is made, then you will receive information about Move In clearance including Health Forms, Immunization records, Emergency Contact and Housing Agreement, as well as move in information.
