Covid-19 Vaccine Exemption Request

Trinity Washington University requires all students, faculty, and staff to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to being on campus. See https://discover.trinitydc.edu/news/important-covid-19-vaccine-update/ for additional details.

Effective January 1, 2022: ALL TRINITY STUDENTS, FACULTY, STAFF AND VENDOR PARTNER PERSONNEL who plan to be in person, on campus must provide proof of full vaccination, including booster shots. Your booster should come six months after your initial series of the vaccine.

Students:  please upload your COVID vaccine cards through the Trinity Student Health Portal.   Alternatively, you can provide a copy in person to the Health and Wellness Center (Main 461).

  • The student portal can be accessed at TrinityDC.studenthealthportal.com. Use your Trinity username and password to login to the secure site.
  • If you have a documented medical or religious reason to be exempted from the vaccine requirement, please complete the COVID Vaccine Exemption Request form.  Students with approved exemptions must present weekly COVID test results to the Health Center.  Exemptions do not apply to participation in Athletics, nor to Students residing in on Campus Housing.
