Insurance Fees and Options for NHP and PGS (BGS, EDU, and SPS) students
- All students are required to have adequate health insurance coverage while they attend Trinity Washington University.
- Trinity Washington University is pleased to offer ALL students Student Insurance Plan Options for the 2025-2026 Academic Year including access to comprehensive health care at an affordable premium, access to preferred providers for less out of pocket and online features to help you better manage your benefits.
Comprehensive Insurance
- Full Academic Year 2025-2026: All students enrolled in non-College of Arts and Sciences programs are invited to enroll in the Trinity Washington University student health insurance plan offered by Wellfleet.
- The annual premium of $2,105.00 is charged through our Program Manager A.J. Flood. The enrollment deadline is Wednesday, September 3, 2025. The Enrollment Form is available at: https://trinitydc.myahpcare.com/
- This plan coverage is from 8/01/2025 through 7/31/2026 and allows you to utilize the Health and Wellness Center as your Primary Care Provider while you are attending Trinity. Our comprehensive medical and counseling services are detailed here. This plan allows does not allow dependent coverage.
- Spring/Summer 2026 enrollment: Students enrolled in programs outside of the College of Arts and Sciences are invited to enroll in the Trinity Washington University student health insurance plan offered by Wellfleet.
- The half-year premium of $1,052.50 is charged through our Program Manager A.J. Flood. The enrollment deadline is Tuesday February 3, 2026. The Enrollment Form will open beginning November 10, 2025 at https://trinitydc.myahpcare.com.
- This plan coverage is from 1/01/2026 through 7/31/2026 and allows you to utilize the Health and Wellness Center as your primary care provider while you are attending Trinity. Our comprehensive medical and counseling services are detailed here. This plan allows does not allow dependent coverage.
