Take a Step Thursday
Every Thursday at 1:00 PM, Health and Wellness Center staff will be on the walking track at the Trinity Athletic Center, and we would love for you to walk with us. Take a Step Thursday is a community initiative designed to encourage healthy habits and movement across campus. All walking levels are welcome, whether you prefer a slow stroll or a steady pace, just be sure to wear your walking shoes.
With every step, we make a conscious choice to prioritize our health. Healthy habits start one step at a time, and slow and steady truly does win the race. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your health in a supportive and welcoming environment.
