Fall 2024 Adjunct Faculty Meeting RSVP

Trinity will hold the annual Fall 2024 Adjunct Orientation on Thursday, August 15 at 6:00pm in the Payden Academic Center. Payden will be open from 4:30 6:00 pm for HR essentials, obtaining ID cards, workshops/consultation with key academic support staff, and hospitality. Collegiate unit meetings will begin at 7:00p, with your individual Deans, in Payden or online. This adjunct meeting is a mandatory event for new and returning adjuncts. Tentative agenda follows:

4:30-6:00pm – Drop in for HR essentials, ID cards, hospitality and trainings with Academic Services Staff

6:00-6:30 – Opening of School, Mission of Inclusive Excellence, Middle States Moment, Meet Key Staff

6:30-7:00 – Overview of Academic Services & tutoring, the Library & Center for Research and Writing, DSS, Career Services, Center for Student Success, Instructional Technology & Moodle Support

7:00 – Transition to Collegiate Unit Meetings

7:05-8:00 – Collegiate Unit Meetings (Breakout Sessions)
