Stocker to present at Society for Historians of American Foreign Relations

Dr. James Stocker, Assistant Professor of International Affairs, will present a paper titled, “Fulbright’s Middle East: Ideology and Congressional Influence on Foreign Policy,” at the upcoming annual meeting of the Society for Historians of American Foreign Relations (SHAFR) in Arlington, VA on June 22, 2013.  The presentation is part of a panel called “Congress and Foreign Policy: The Cold War and Beyond.”  You can see the full 2013 conference program on the SHAFR website.
