Work Study – Academic Affairs and College of Arts & Sciences Student Assistant

JOB DUTIES:

The student worker will assist the Director of Academic Administration, Dean, and Academic Advisors with special projects as assigned. Daily tasks will range from filing, photocopying and/or scanning, mailing, database management, office organization, and other administrative duties as assigned. The College is looking for an energetic, responsible, organized, efficient, and independent worker.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3.0 GPA or above
  • Sophomore Status or above
  • Prior office experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social Media Outlets
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional demeanor and friendly customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential matters (student assistant will be required to attend Trinity Institute Trainings on FERPA)

HOURS: Flexible schedule, 6-10 hours per week
