Adjunct Faculty – Anatomy and Physiology

Trinity Washington University is seeking a dynamic educator to teach the following two sections of the 4-credit class – BIO 122: Anatomy and Physiology II (Lecture and Lab) to pre-Nursing and pre-Occupational Therapy students in the College of Arts and Sciences for Fall 2022.

 

BIO 122        Lab              Tuesdays 1:30 – 4:30 pm

Lecture       Tuesday/Thursdays – 9 – 10:15 am

                  

BIO 122        Lab              Thursdays – 1:30 – 4:30 pm

Lecture       Tuesday/Thursday – 9-10:15 am

 

These are in-person classes on Trinity’s campus. Classes start on August 29 and end on December 9, and meet on the above-mentioned days/times.

QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should have earned at least a Master’s degree from an accredited institution and be able to demonstrate strong teaching skills in the Natural Sciences. Previous undergraduate classroom experience required, and who demonstrate excellence with engaged and active learning practices.

Official transcripts for all degrees earned, sample course syllabi, course evaluations and/or other evidence of teaching effectiveness, and contact information for three professional references will be needed if the candidate is invited to campus for an interview. Knowledge of best teaching practices is required. Finalists will be invited for an interview and teaching demonstration.
