Adjunct Faculty for Business Administration Program
Trinity Washington University is seeking adjunct faculty members to teach one or two of the following courses for Fall 2023 based on Business program needs.
BADM 110: Foundations of Management (3 cr), Tue/Thu 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM)
BADM 226: Organizational Behavior (3 cr), Tue/Thu 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM)
BADM 307: International Business (3 cr) Mon/Wed 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM)
QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should have earned at least a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration or management and be able to demonstrate strong teaching skills. Previous undergraduate classroom experience is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. or MBA in Business Management.
Official transcripts for all degrees earned, sample course syllabi, course evaluations and/or other evidence of teaching effectiveness, and contact information for three professional references will be needed if the candidate is invited to an interview. Knowledge of the best teaching practices is required. Finalists will be invited to campus for an interview and teaching demonstration. Preference is given to candidates who demonstrate excellence with engaged and active learning practices.
