The Employer Spotlight Series offers Trinity students the opportunity to engage with employers in a smaller, more interactive setting than a traditional career fair. Each event features two employers who are eager to share career insights, discuss internship and employment opportunities, and help you learn more about their organization and industry.

During each Employer Spotlight event, you will have the opportunity to:

• Network with employer representatives during an informal tabling session in Payden Lobby.
• Learn about internships, jobs, and career pathways within featured organizations.
• Ask questions about the hiring process and what employers look for in candidates.
• Attend an employer-led information session or career presentation featuring practical advice and industry insights.

Whether you’re exploring career options, preparing for an internship, or searching for your next opportunity, the Employer Spotlight Series is a great way to build connections and gain valuable career knowledge in a welcoming, professional environment.

Students are encouraged to dress in business casual attire and come prepared to introduce themselves, ask thoughtful questions, and make a positive first impression.
