Join Bernard Coleman, Chief Diversity and Engagement Officer at Gusto, as he talks about what career mapping is and how diversity plays a part in every facet of mapping a professional journey. He will offer a framework for what career mapping entails and offers techniques to help optimize the career journey. Attendees will leave this session better equipped to understand how to effectively map their career, their role in diversity, equity and inclusion as well as gain tools to help them have the careers they desire.
