Commencement Checklist
Are you ready to enjoy the big day in May 2023? Please review these steps and make plans to take care of all pending academic and financial matters well in advance of Commencement Weekend.
- I have filled out the Application for Graduation and submitted it to the Enrollment Services Office. The deadline was February 1.
- Before Friday, March 31, 2023: I have completed the Graduation Audit with my academic advisor. I understand that I will not be able to graduate if I have not completed all of my credits and requirements.
- Before Friday, April 28, 2023: I have paid all of my bills including any outstanding tuition payments, library fines, parking fees and I have settled any other financial obligations to Trinity. Questions? Reach out to Enrollment Services at 202-884-9530 or stop by Main 154 to discuss your standing.
- Before Wednesday, May 17, 2023: I have purchased and picked up my regalia for Commencement.
- Regalia purchase: Business Office, located in Main Hall 114 (1st floor) beginning on Monday April 24 through Wednesday May 17, 2023, during regular office hours.
- Associate’s (Undergraduate) Degrees: Cap, Gown, Black Tassel $29.50 and Collar: $20.25 (Total Cost $49.75)
- Bachelor’s (Undergraduate) Degrees: Cap, Gown, Black Tassel $29.50 and Hood: $25.00 (Total Cost $54.50)
- Master’s (Graduate) Degrees: Cap, Gown, Black Tassel $31.00 and Hood: $25.75 (Total Cost $56.75)
- Regalia Distribution: Student Affairs, located in Main Hall 223 (2nd floor) beginning on Monday April 24 through Wednesday May 17, 2023, during the following hours:
- Mondays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Tuesdays: 11:00am to 5:00pm
- Wednesdays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Thursdays: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Fridays: 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Saturdays 10:00am—2:00pm
- Regalia purchase: Business Office, located in Main Hall 114 (1st floor) beginning on Monday April 24 through Wednesday May 17, 2023, during regular office hours.
- I have reviewed the schedule of events and understand where I am supposed to be at specified times for each event.
- I have completed and submitted my May Commencement Reservation Form by Friday, May 12, 2023.
