Commencement Checklist

Are you ready to enjoy the big day in May 2025? Please review these steps and make plans to take care of all pending academic and financial matters well in advance of Commencement Weekend.

• I have filled out the Application for Graduation and submitted it to the Enrollment Services Office. The deadline was February 1.
• Before Tuesday, March 11, 2025: I have completed the Graduation Audit with my academic advisor. I understand that I will not be able to graduate if I have not completed all of my credits and requirements.
• Before Monday, March 31, 2025: I have submitted any requests for name change, if applicable.  See: https://discover.trinitydc.edu/enrollment/graduation/ for additional details.
• Before Wednesday, May 14, 2025: I have paid all of my bills including any outstanding tuition payments, library fines, and parking fees and I have settled any other financial obligations to Trinity. Questions? Reach out to Enrollment Services at 202-884-9530 or stop by Main 154 to discuss your standing.
• Before Wednesday, May 15, 2025: I have purchased and picked up my regalia for Commencement.
  • Regalia Purchase: Business Office, located in Main Hall 114 (1st floor)
  • Regalia Pickup: Student Affairs, located in Main Hall 223 (2nd floor)
  • Regalia Sales and Pickup will begin on Monday, April 21, 2025, and continue through Wednesday, May 14, 2025.  See May 2025 Instructions for detailed information.
• I have reviewed the schedule of events and understand where and when I am supposed to check in for my ceremony.
• I have submitted the May 2025 Graduation Survey
• I have completed and submitted my May 2025 Commencement Reservation Form by Friday, May 9, 2025.
