This form is for SGC and CAA leaders to propose a virtual event for the Trinity Community. This form must be completed at least 8-10 days before the date of the virtual event in order to be processed by Student Affairs and a Zoom Meeting to be scheduled.

Until Student Affairs approves this event, please refrain from publicizing this event by any means and if approved, make sure to not share the Zoom information on social media!
