All Trinity Washington University clubs and organizations must submit an Event Proposal for events and meetings they wish to host.
This form must be completed and include the signatures of the organization/club president and advisor in order to be processed. All club and organization events must be reviewed with your respective advisor before seeking approval.
The Event Proposal must be reviewed and approved by the Dean of Student Services or Student Activities Coordinator at least 14 business days prior to the event.
How to Submit:
- Please download the Event Proposal Form below and complete all required sections. The form may be completed electronically on your computer.
- Submit the completed form to the Student Activities Coordinator, Jamilehy Ramos, or the Dean of Student Services, Dean Meechie, by email or in person.
