Second Floor
Zoom or Click to Open in New Tab The beautiful and impressive Second Floor is now the home to our state of the art Nursing Labs, the Clinical Suite, and Classrooms for All Disciplines. This floor is home to the most advanced nursing preparation facilities in the District of Columbia, and is a model for the field. Students in our Nursing and Health Professions programs will receive the highest quality of preparation for their future careers.
Four classrooms of various sizes on the north side of the building:
- Room 201 (24 seats, entrance from the main corridor on the northwest side)
- Room 202 (36 seats, entrance from the center lounge area)
- Room 203, center (48 seats, entrance from the center lounge area)
- Room 204 (24 seats, entrance from the main corridor on the northeast side)
Turning left from the elevator, on the southwest side of the corridor:
- Two Nursing Skills labs (Rooms 211 and 214)
- Nursing Seminar (Room 212)
- Simulation Lab (Rooms 213 A and B)
Turning right from the elevator, on the southeast side of the corridor:
- Nursing classroom (Room 222)
- Clinical Suite with small exam and interview rooms for Nursing and Counseling (Rooms 223 A-through-F)
- Health Assessment Lab (Room 224)
Behind the elevators and stairwell along the south side are six faculty offices and the administrative office for Nursing and Health Professions (Rooms 215 – 221)
