CAS Senior, Dania Nettles serves as a NASA DC Space Grant Consortium Ambassador, and is hosting a Movie viewing of The Moon. The Moon “Set in the near future, this South Korean sci‑fi drama centers on astronaut Hwang Sun‑woo (Doh Kyung‑soo), the sole survivor of a failed first lunar mission. Five years later, a second crewed launch suffers a catastrophic solar flare, leaving Sun‑woo stranded near the Moon. To save him, the embattled space agency recalls ex‑director Kim Jae‑guk (Sul Kyung‑gu), who must overcome past tragedy and bureaucratic resistance to guide a rescue from Earth.”
