Trinity Visitor Parking Information
Free parking is available on campus, but visitors are required to register their vehicle with the DPS and secure a temporary visitor’s parking pass for display on the vehicle dashboard.

Visitors are asked to park in the Front Circle of Main Hall.
Visitor Parking Pass
Visitors may register their vehicles at the Main Building Reception Desk (1st floor lobby) or the DPS Communications Center (Main Building , Room B-8). Visitors include (but not limited to) those individuals not currently enrolled at, compensated by, or employed as an affiliate of Trinity.
- Visitor parking passes must be prominently displayed and clearly visible on the vehicle dashboard at all times while parked on University owned/controlled property.
- Any alteration the visitor’s parking pass renders the pass invalid.
- Visitor parking passes are valid in visitor designated parking areas only, unless otherwise indicated on the visitor pass.
- Faculty and staff expecting large quantities of visitors/vehicles on campus should provide advance notice (5 days whenever possible) to the DPS in order for special accommodations to be arranged.
Service Representative Pass
Returning contractors and vendors who provide services on University owned/controlled property must obtain a Service Rep pass, free of charge, from DPS. Service Rep parking passes must be prominently displayed and clearly visible from the vehicle dashboard at all times while parked on University owned/controlled property. Contractors and vendors who provide services for the University are bound by the parking rules, regulations and processes defined herein.
