Ms. Rouse graduated from Millersville University in 2015 with her B.A. in Social Work. After graduation, Nicole worked as a financial aid counselor at Alvernia University, before moving to Trinity Washington University as a Financial Aid Specialist, where she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Administration. Nicole is Currently the Assistant Director of the Student Success Center where she oversees a staff of financial aid advisors and implements financial aid programming for students. Nicole has a passion for serving others, helping students realize their potential, and educating students on financial literacy. Latisha joined Trinity in November 2021 and has over five years of experience in higher education, she is dedicated to guiding students toward success, one step at a time. She believes in ‘changing lives one student at a time’ and lives by the philosophy, ‘Treasure the doing a little more and the getting it done a little less.’ Her passion lies in creating meaningful connections, ensuring every student feels supported, and making a lasting impact on their educational journey.

Cindy Lemus, who was born and raised in Washington D.C, graduated from Trinity in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She has experience in various fields, including her work as a benefits specialist in a hospital during COVID-19, and now assisting students with their financial aid. Cindy is extremely passionate about ensuring that students comprehend their financial aid options and believes that financial aid should not be a barrier to pursuing higher education. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Science Administration with the goal of further supporting students.

Timera Williams joined Trinity on November 1, 2022. She received her M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Strayer University and a B.S. Information Technology from Kaplan University. Timera has held several positions in Higher Education, including Financial Aid Advisor, Student Success Coordinator, Success Coach, Admission Assistant, Professional Development Instructor, Career Services Advisor, and Academic Dean.
