Winter 2026 Graduation Checklist

To be sure that you are ready to enjoy the Winter Graduation on Thursday, January 8, 5:00 pm (BGS, SPS and EDU) or Friday, January 9, 5:00 pm (CAS and NHP), please review these steps.

  • Completed the Application for Graduation and submitted it to the Enrollment Services office.
  • Completed the Graduation Verification Checklist with my academic advisor.  I understand that I will not be able to graduate if I have not completed all of my credits and requirements.  I understand that all official transcripts for coursework completed outside of Trinity must be submitted to Enrollment Services by Friday December 6, 2024.
  • Paid all of my bills including any outstanding tuition payments, library fines, and parking fees, and I have settled any other financial obligations to Trinity.  I understand that I will not participate in Winter Graduation if I do not settle my bill before Friday, December 5, 2025.
  • Completed and submitted my Winter Graduation Reservation Form by Friday, January 2, 2026.
  • Purchased my academic regalia at the Trinity Business Office; sales begin on Monday December 1, 2025, during regular hours and will continue to be available through Wednesday January 7, 2026.
  • If you already have your Cap and Gown from Convocation, then you only need to purchase your collar/hood.
  • After purchasing at the Business Office, picked up your cap and gown and tickets at Regalia Distribution: Student Affairs, located in Main Hall 223 (2nd floor).  Schedule as follows:

    Mondays December 1, 8, 15 and January 5th: 8:00am – 5:00pm
    Tuesdays December 2, 9, 16 and January 6th: 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm
    Wednesdays December 3, 10 and January 7th: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
    Thursdays December 4, 11th : 8:00am to 5:00pm
    Fridays December 5, 12 and January 2: 8:00am to 5:00pm
    Saturday December 13 ONLY: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

  • Received my 10 guest tickets to share with family and friends.
  • Completed the Alumnae/i Contact Card to receive updates and information from Trinity after you graduate! Visit: https://discover.trinitydc.edu/alums/update-your-address/.
  • Arrive at the Trinity Center no later than 4:00 pm on the day of my graduation ceremony, with my academic regalia.
  • Graduates will receive their collar or hood at check in at the Trinity Center for the in-person ceremony on graduation day, but it needs to be purchased in advance.
