At Trinity Washington University, the official Trinity accounts are managed by the Creative Services team to better serve the mission of Trinity, and to maintain an unified brand identity and voice for Trinity. We have an official Facebook Page, an official Twitter, an Official Instagram, and an official LinkedIn Page. Creative Services ALSO manages Trinity’s official YouTube channel.

HOW TO GET YOUR EVENT POSTED TO OUR OFFICIAL SOCIAL MEDIA!

If you are staff, faculty, or administration, and you’d like Trinity to help promote AN official Trinity organization or office’s event, please fill out the form below WELL IN ADVANCE of when you expect promotion:

  • If you are providing the FINISHED FINAL DRAFT image yourself, no less than one week before you’d like the promotion.
  • If you would like Creative Services to create the graphic/image for the post, please allow for a further three days for your request to be honored (in total, no less than 10 days prior to the expected promotion).

Please do not send us busy, portrait shaped flyers to post to Social Media, as these have accessibility issues. Send us square or landscape graphics, with very little text and NO QR CODES!

No bulk submissions (2+ different post requests in one form). No campaigns. Please contact Creative Services directly to set up a meeting to discuss a campaign.

Trinity Student Organizations: Please have your organization’s Trinity staff/faculty advisor submit the request, we do not accept requests directly from students at this time.

These are only requests, and we cannot honor all requests. Unfortunately, because of the volume of the requests we get, we do not always get the chance to follow up after requests regarding whether or not a request has been approved. If it’s approved, you will see it on Social Media.
