If you are an officer of a Trinity student organization, or staff, faculty, or administration, and you’d like Trinity to help promote your official Trinity organization or office’s event, please fill out the form below no less than one week before you’d like the promotion. Important events only, please do not send us a request for every meeting or event you host, only your most important events. You must be authorized to speak on behalf of your organization or office. These are only requests, and we cannot honor all requests. Unfortunately, because of the volume of the requests we get, we do not follow up after requests regarding whether or not a request has been approved. If it’s approved, you will see it on Social Media.

STUDENTS, PLEASE DO NOT REPEATEDLY SEND MULTIPLE SIMILAR REQUESTS IN AN EFFORT TO BE PERSISTENT, THIS WILL RESULT IN A BAN FOR YOUR STUDENT ORGANIZATION FROM MAKING ANY REQUESTS.
