Dr. Nicole Betschman, President of the D.C. Public Health Association and Public Health Program Leader at Trinity, points out that Washington D.C. has one of the highest rates of racial health disparities in the country, and that crisis is likely to get worse if common sense health protections like vaccines and fluoride and other health initiatives are eliminated by the new administration.
