Student Activism in the Era of Deportation

Trinity Washington University and Faith in Public Life are co-sponsoring a timely discussion with immigrant students from local Catholic universities. Students will share their powerful personal stories and reflect on how their faith fuels their activism at a time when the Trump administration continues to target immigrant families and communities. Trinity President Patricia McGuire will open the panel with remarks.

Student Panelists: Arlin Tellez, Trinity Washington University, Daniela Zelaya, Trinity Washington University; José Gutiérrez, Catholic University; Mizraim Guerrero, Georgetown University.
Moderator: John Gehring, Faith in Public Life.
