Trinity’s executive-format MBA program is designed for busy professionals who want to further their professional and personal growth while focusing on their career.
Students will move in lock-step with a Cohort of similarly talented working professionals, finishing the 48-credit Cohort degree program in 20 months.
The MBA weekend, Hybrid format presents an innovative and flexible learning format. Each course features class meetings evenly divided between immersive on-campus meetings and equally rigorous independent, experiential off-campus learning. BADM 601 MBA FundamentalsThis course helps incoming MBA students get off to a fast academic start.
Topics include program content, business fundamentals and current events. Written and oral communications are emphasized.

BADM 697 Corporate Governance, Ethics and Social ResponsibilityThis course discusses responsible business decision making in light of the increasing demands for responsibility and accountability made by communities and government.
Topics include: principles of ethical thinking, business ethics issues, and the development of corporate culture.

BADM 607 Managerial StatisticsThis course introduces concepts in probability and statistics that support evidence-based managerial decision making.

BADM 621 Economics for Business Decision MakingThis course introduces concepts of supply and demand and the basic forces that determine an equilibrium in a market economy.
Topics include: International trade, the impact of uncertainty on consumer behavior, capital markets, and economic policy and social insurance.

BADM 608 Business AnalyticsThis course introduces techniques in data management and evidence-based decision making.
Topics include: quantitative concepts, framing the business problem/question, and selecting analytic approaches.

BADM 625 Financial and Managerial AccountingThe course adopts a decision-maker perspective on accounting and finance with the goal of helping students develop a framework for understanding financial, managerial, and tax reports.
Topics include: income statements, balance sheets, theories of asset and income measurement, budgeting and cost management.

BADM 651 Leadership and Organizational BehaviorThis course introduces management and governance systems leaders can use to promote responsible conduct by the firm and its employees.
Topics include: legal, ethical, and economic responsibilities of corporate leaders, the role of personal values in effective leadership, and the design of effective organizations.

BADM 690 Business Consulting PracticumThis course challenges students to leverage the knowledge, skills, and tools acquired during the program in order to assist local businesses
This Pro-Bono consulting internship will help local organizations solve organizational and project-specific problems. Students will gain consulting experience and enhance their abilities to develop actionable business solutions.
Project work will be completed under the supervision of an advisor. Findings will be presented to internal and external stakeholders.
This course requires travel to offsite locations. Face-to-Face and/or electronic meeting times with Client and/or Advisor are dynamic. Meetings may occur at times other than regularly scheduled course days/times.

Program Policies
Capstone Internship:
The Master of Business in Administration degree program requires students to complete the Business Consulting Practicum. Student will be required to interact with local organizations to solve organizational and project-specific problems. The internship challenges students to leverage the knowledge, skills, and tools acquired during the program in order to assist local businesses. Students will present their findings at the end of the semester in a formal presentation to the client and a panel of faculty. Students must earn a grade of “B” or better on this project to complete the program.
Elective Courses:
After completing their first-semester students tailor their course of study by choosing three program electives that best fit their experience and career goals. Students work in consultation with their advisor to design their customized curriculum.
Grades in Graduate Courses:
Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 to graduate and no more than one grade of “C” may appear on their transcript.
Pass/No Pass:
Graduate students may not take courses on a Pass/No Pass basis; courses taken Pass/No Pass do not fulfill certificate requirements.
TELL Policy:
TELL credits are not applicable toward the degree.
Transfer Policy:
Students may transfer up to 6 graduate credits from other appropriately accredited institutions of higher learning toward the degree with approval from their faculty advisor. Associations recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHEA) confer appropriate accreditation; these associations include but are not limited to regional accreditors.
