Microsoft Reports Global Email Outage, Working on Solutions

Faculty and staff may have issues accessing Trinity email using Trinity Webmail. Technology Services is aware of the issue. This is a global Microsoft outage and Microsoft is working on resolving this as quickly as possible. Technology Services is working with Microsoft.

In the interim, faculty and staff can access email through the email app on smartphones, or through the Microsoft Outlook client.

This issue does NOT impact student email and does not impact the delivery of email. 

Faculty and staff accessing Trinity Webmail may encounter errors such as “HTTP ERROR 503” or “A transient error has occurred.” That is the issue that Microsoft is working on.
