Sunkissed
So I’ve been drenched in love
and dipped in the sweet honey of his words.
As he pushes me to love self deeply
I see the world through iridescent light.
This present is enjoyable and the future looks bright!
So I search chapter and verse and tie line to line till the two intertwine
and create oneness!
In sync with the rhythms of living
and the melodies that speak healing!
We get lost in the oohs and ahhhs as we embrace creation.
This thing called nature,
the streams of water hit earth
and roll down beautiful hills.
As we lay in fields of green
and look at Heaven through these brown eyes.
As colors collide and dance gracefully through illuminated skies.
We allow Rays of the Sun to kiss our faces
as we are encoded with deep warm messages
sent from millions of light years past, future and present.
