Presidents’ Distinguished Service Award Presented to Patricia McGuire

 

Trinity Washington University President Patricia McGuire was honored by the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities for service of exceptional quality to Catholic higher education. She was presented with the Presidents’ Distinguished Service Award and was recognized for her commitment to promoting Catholic education through public advocacy, to supporting women’s colleges, and to educating the next generation of students. She received the award at ACCU’s annual meeting on February 3, 2018, in Washington, D.C.. The award was presented to her by Michael Galligan-Stierle, President and CEO of ACCU, and Thomas Foley, President of Mount Aloysius College and a member of the ACCU Board of Directors.

This video is a testament to her leadership of Trinity and her strong voice in Catholic higher education.
