Shallow/Deep Water AerobicsJune 5, 2023 - 11:00 am
Shallow/Deep Water Aerobics is a swim based water aerobics class. Participants will move from shallow to deep water using fins/flippers. They will also use dumbbells, kickboards, water noodles and playground kickballs which will increase resistance and intensity for the whole body. This hour long workout includes strengthening and toning exercises for abs, arms and legs with a cardio foundation. You will also fine-tune your swim form by working on breathing and various swim strokes. Swim experience is required.
Class meets Monday and Wednesday mornings; 11am – 11:55am
