Join us at the shallow end of the pool for this nonstop, total body workout taught by our Instructor Gina Deavers. Learn to use the resistance of the water to improve your cardiovascular stamina and muscular endurance. Students will combine the classic exercises of water aerobics with innovative training techniques. A one-of-a-kind workout that is kind to the joints. Prerequisite: The desire to reach your goals while having fun in a supportive environment. This class is good for Beginner/Intermediate level students.
Membership required for entirety of class
