Stacia Brown ’01 is a producer at North Carolina Public Radio-WUNC. She earned her Trinity bachelor’s degree with a major in English.
She was formerly a producer on Joshua Johnson’s 1A on NPR. She produced a segment on the 25th anniversary of the Magic School Bus, with a focus on its impact on STEM in media and inspiring kids to pursue STEM: “One Small Hop On The Magic School Bus, One Giant Leap For STEM Education.”
She gained attention in 2016 with her podcast, The Rise of Charm City, about Baltimore, bringing a fresh perspective to old faves. She’s produced other podcasts and has been featured in Baltimore media.
