Ruth LaToison Ifill ’17

Ruth LaToison Ifill is the president & CEO of Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers (WRAG). WRAG is a regional association of foundations and corporate giving programs that embrace and advance a vision of an equitable National Capital region in which all can participate and prosper. She earned her master of science in administration in organizational development from Trinity in 2017. She was appointed president and CEO of the Washington Regional Association of Grantmakers in May 2021.

Ruth LaToison Ifill began her professional career at MCIP, now the Columbia Heights Educational Campus, in Washington, D.C., which provides educational and wraparound supports to undocumented students and their families. She  previously led the DEI and racial equity portfolio at the Council on Foundations as vice president of culture, talent and equity. Before joining the Council on Foundations, she led multi-million-dollar national workforce development programs at Goodwill Industries International.

She  is also the founder and CEO of Aridai, a thriving consulting firm, that promotes economic empowerment and racial equity through community-based partnerships and organizational development.
