Join Ladies F.I.R.S.T as they host Dr. Eddie Ramirez, DMD. Dr. Ramirez is a recent graduate from OHSU School of Dentistry. As a dentist, there is more to receiving a professional title than practicing the career. To succeed in the field, one must also have the ability to interact with a diverse group of people as well as form relationships with colleagues, community members, and patients alike. Dr. Ramirez will explain how he serves his community while exercising his career as a dentist. In addition, Dr. Ramirez is a DACA recipient and is able to provide guidance to others in his position as it can sometimes be difficult to navigate dental school under immigration restrictions.
