At Trinity, We #WalkWithFrancis!

How do you Walk With Francis?

The Washington region welcomed Pope Francis by committing to follow his example of faith and service, to hear and act on his messages on human rights, social justice, peace, mercy, the environment and love.

The theme for his visit is to #WalkWithFrancis!

#WalkWithFrancis Photos – Take and Tweet a Selfie

Trinity wants to show the world the many ways that we #WalkWithFrancis. Did you miss our #WalkWIthFrancis Photo Booth? You can take a selfie with our #WalkWithFrancis Trinity sign in the Well (first floor of Main Hall, at the base of the main stair case). #WalkWithFrancis is for everyone – you don’t have to be Catholic to participate.

Take your photo in front of the sign and Tweet your photo and include: @TrinityDC and #WalkWithFrancis

How do you Walk With Francis? Here are some ways:

  • Serve by reaching out and caring for those in need and supporting charitable efforts in our communities and beyond. Do you volunteer in your community? Through Campus Ministry? Through your own church?
  •  Act to promote human life and dignity, justice and peace, family life and religious freedom, care for creation and the common good.
  •  Pray and learn about Pope Francis’ message on the Joy of the Gospel, the mercy of God and the love of Christ.

You can also sign up at the Archdiocese of Washington’s #WalkWithFrancis pledge page.
