Main Hall Classrooms

  • Rental rates:
    • $100/Half Day (events 4 hours or less)
    • $200/Full Day
  • Availability varies based on existing classroom schedule.

Payden Academic Center Classrooms

  • Rental Rates – Classrooms that accommodate up to 32 guests:
    • $187.50/Half Day (events 4 hours or less)
    • $375/Full Day
  • Rental Rates – Classrooms that accommodate up to 72 guests:
    • $250/Half Day (events 4 hours or less)
    • $500/Full Day
  • Availability varies based on existing classroom schedule.

Audio/Visual Rates

  • A/V Provided for $50 per room requested
  • A/V includes: projector, projector screen, computer modem, Wi-Fi access

 

*Please note: Upon contract signing, organizations are required to present proof of liability insurance in which Trinity Washington University is named as co-insured entity.
