- Availability varies based on existing classroom schedule.
- A/V Provided for $50-$100 per room per day (rate depends on room)
- A/V includes: projector, projector screen, computer modem, Wi-Fi access. Microphones are available depending on the room.
- Setup/Housekeeping fees are included in the room rental.
- Catering can be provided by our on campus Dining Services Team.
- Outside catering must be pre-approved. Use of an outside caterer will incur a 20% service fee on top of the rental.
- Additional security is required for all events held outside of normal business hours, serving alcohol and with a large attendance (determined by the Conference Services Department).
*Please note: Upon contract signing, organizations are required to present proof of liability insurance (plus all associated vendors) in which Trinity Washington University is named as co-insured entity.
