As a manager of people, your job is not easy. You have to meet department goals while ensuring the people you manage have what they need to do their jobs, and communicating to them  the standards under which they should operate. To prepare for the new academic year,

Participants will:

  • get the tools to update job descriptions within their departments
  • develop a plan and methods for  communicating job expectations
  • get tips on how to develop a coaching  habit
  • identify ways to effectively manage performance of remote workers
  • Receive  and review the Trinity performance assessment instrument
