Learn about Trinity’s new DocuSign platform and how you can send electronic document and capture electronic signatures to anyone. This training session is targeted for staff that frequently sends documents that require a signature. The same form may be sent multiple times to different recipients. This training session includes the same topics covered in the beginner session with additional advanced topics. In this session you will learn how to:
- Log into DocuSign with your Trinity account
- How to upload a document
- How to create a template
- How to create a power form
- How to send to a recipient(s)
- Learning what happens once a document is sent
