Science Education Post-Doc Fellow

Trinity Washington University is seeking to fill a one-year position for a post-doctoral fellow to assess institutional change towards inclusive excellence. Qualified candidates will have expertise in inclusive practices, structures, and polices, and experience in science education-based research in higher education, and curriculum or institutional assessment. The role for this position will be to: assist with curriculum and program assessment, especially related to institutional change for inclusive excellence; compile and analyze data to assess effectiveness of programs; work with a team to apply conclusions from assessments towards planning programming and writing manuscripts for dissemination; and assist with the design, development and administration of inclusive excellence initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should have earned a Ph.D. degree from an accredited institution in a STEM field, or science education based research or related field, have experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and be able to demonstrate knowledge of best teaching practices, inclusive structures and polices, and knowledge in the field.
