Work Study – Development and Alumnae/i Relations Office

The Development Office is responsible for fundraising, prospecting, developing campaigns. Alumnae/i Relations maintains relations with Alumnae, coordinating Reunion, and other Alumnae/i related events to encourage continued relationships.

Trinity Washington University’s Office for Development and Alumnae/i Relations hires energetic, articulate students to assist the Development and Alumnae/i Relations staff.

As an assistant with the Development Office student is required to:

  • be attentive to details,
  • have a strong work ethic;
  • integrity,
  • accountability,
  • and possess the ability to interact well with staff, visitors, and fellow students.

Students are responsible for maintaining the filing, printing, and stuffing envelopes and other duties as assigned. Through assigned administrative tasks, student office assistants are able to exercise and sharpen their administrative skills, as well as become more familiar with office protocol and procedures

Pleasant work environment.  Work hours are between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekend hours available.
