COVID-19 Vaccine and Testing Clinic

The Health and Wellness Center, in partnership with District Urgent Care is hosting a Campus Covid Vaccine Clinic
When? Monday, June 28th from 9 am – 11 am in Main Hall 1st floor – Social Hall.
Who? Students, Faculty, and Staff, 18 and older are eligible.
How? Please sign up in advance at: https://discover.trinitydc.edu/health/covid-vaccine-clinic/
Walk-ins will also be accepted. Second vaccine will be scheduled onsite. Individuals using the clinic will complete an information sheet and consent form; there is no charge.
Do not come to campus if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, if you are sick, or if you have symptoms of COVID-19.
Reminder! Covid-19 Vaccine Verification: As previously announced, Trinity will require all students, faculty, and staff to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to being on campus for the Fall 2021 semester.
Students – please use the form available at https://discover.trinitydc.edu/health/covid-19-vaccine-verification/ to provide proof of full vaccination by submitting your information and an image of your vaccine card by August 13, 2021. Faculty and Staff – please provide your verification directly to Tracey Prince Ross in Human Resources.
