Chief Development Officer

Patrick D. Kellogg is the Chief Development Officer and Executive Director of Development and Alumnae/i Relations at Trinity.  Patrick comes from a long background in advancement and philanthropy, both in higher education and the nonprofit arena.  Serving in leadership positions at The College of William and Mary, University of Virginia, and Vassar College, Patrick brings a wealth of higher education knowledge and experience to Trinity.  He has worked on successful comprehensive campaigns totaling more than $3.6 billion for colleges and universities and has extensive experience planning, executing and completing major fundraising initiatives for a variety of nonprofit organizations.  Patrick has an undergraduate degree in history from Rider University and a master’s in education from William and Mary in higher education policy, planning and leadership.

Director of Major Gifts

Barbara Goliday joined the Development team in late November, 2019 with more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy, both as corporate funder and a development professional for large and small nonprofit organizations. Barbara comes to Trinity from American University where she worked closely with faculty to develop investment opportunities for corporate and foundation support. She was previously the Director of Development at a performing arts organization where she increased individual giving by 158% and secured its first major donor. As the first Director of Corporate & Foundation Giving at the Holy Cross Health Foundation, Barbara was responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive program to engage institutions in support of the health system. Her extensive experience cultivating relationships with institutions and individuals will serve us well here at Trinity. Barbara has an undergraduate degree in journalism from Howard University and a master’s degree in public communication from American University.

Associate Director of Alumnae/i Programs and Services

 Alissandra Burding joined the Alumnae/i Relations team as the Associate Director of Alumnae/I Programs and Services on December 9th, 2019. She brings experience growing multiple programs and events from large universities to small nonprofit organizations. Previously, she worked at the University of Maryland Alumni Association events team as well as at The Catholic Legal Immigration Network providing programming, events and outreach to members. Alissandra holds a bachelors of business management from Loyola University New Orleans and a master’s degree from The University of Maryland Global Campus in business management with a concentration in nonprofits and associations. Research and Records Manager

Christopher O’Connor is the Records & Research Manager. As the database manager for the Office of Development and Alumnae/i Relations, Chris is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, security, and integrity of alumnae and donor records.  In addition, Chris can be relied upon to furnish anything from an e-mail list of all graduates to guest lists of events. Chris is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Development Management Specialist

Karen Gainor serves as the liaison for stewarding scholarships and as the DEVAR project manager.

She is responsible for maintaining the DEVAR office budget, supervising the work study students, and website updates.

Database Specialist

Kareem Webb is the Database Specialist and is responsible for processing, reviewing, and analyzing reports and documentation to ensure conformance with legal guidelines and regulations and in alignment with university policies and industry best practices. Knowledge of Raisers Edge database, IRS guidelines for non-profits and reporting is a plus along with  some prospect research of individuals and foundations. Kareem is a graduate from Southeastern University with two bachelor degrees in marketing and business management.
