If you are graduating you must arrive no later than 2:00 p.m. to prepare for the ceremony. Please bring your regalia but please leave other large items home. Your guests may arrive later, but you need to be in your assigned room by 2:00 p.m. We require this to make sure that we have the correct diploma for every single student in the correct order. If you are late or inattentive, this throws off the diploma count and then many students are inconvenienced. Please be considerate of your classmates by coming on time and following our directions.
Guests Arrive for Commencement
Front Lawn between the Library and Notre Dame Chapel, in front of Main Hall on Trinity’s campus, 3:00 p.m.
We ask that guests NOT bring balloons or large displays for everyone’s enjoyment and safety, we ask that family celebrants not obstruct the views of others, everyone wants to see and have a good time. Cheering is allowed.
