CANCELED: Managing Test Anxiety

In this session we uncover some of the causes associated with test anxiety. A self-reflection about how test anxiety affects participants provides conversation to help identify and eliminate anxious behaviors. The session concludes with a short guided meditation exercise.

Note: this session is designed to address students who suffer from mild anxiety related to test taking, but it is not intended to address severe forms of anxiety.
